About Us

Brian Smith, President and founder has traveled extensively in Nepal doing research on Nepal’s disabled, including having climbed Mt Everest in 2007.  His network of doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers and pharmacists is extensive.  He was certified as a WEMT/MPIC in 2008 from Remote Medical International and is currently working on his business degree in Nonprofit Management at RCC/SOU.

Larry Smith, Vice President and co/founder has worked extensively with nonprofit organizations for the past 19 years. Larry holds a Masters degree in Education.

H.A.N.D is dedicated to serving Nepalis with disabilities by providing a valuable service. Our volunteers enjoy giving back to their global community. Our organization is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to accomplish more, and have a larger impact upon our global community. We welcome you with open arms. Please inquire today about how you can become a volunteer.
